This guide details the entire process for setting up the AppsFlyer integration. Complete all the steps and you’ll begin sharing events with us.

If you have any questions during this process, please reach out to your Client Manager.

1. Create dedicated mobile integrations

On your AppsFlyer account, create a dedicated mobile integration for each required OS (Android, iOS) in Home section

Links to AppsFlyer mobile apps: Android / iOS

Check the step-by-step here.

IMPORTANT: every in-app event you want to track (like af_login, af_purchase, etc) needs to be added to the mobile app by your mobile app developer separately for Android app and iOS app.

This is because your mobile app has to send events to AppsFlyer and AppsFlyer will forward these events to 360dialog. Otherwise, 360dialog won’t see any events sent.

2. Check active events

Go to the Active Integrations section (see screenshot below) and check if the events are active.

IMPORTANT - once again, since it is very important: every in-app event you want to track (like af_login, af_purchase, etc) needs to be added to the mobile app by your mobile app developer separately for Android app and iOS app.

This is because your mobile app has to send events to AppsFlyer and AppsFlyer will forward these events to 360dialog. Otherwise, 360dialog won’t see any events sent.

Important to make sure:

  • The links include all the required parameters.

  • To set af_purchase “including” field to “Values & Revenue” in order to push actual values for calculating revenue / ROI / ROAS. Reference is here.

3. Create Onelink

To provide us with a link that redirects to the correct App Store, under the ‘Attribution Link’ tab select ‘use OneLink’.

Once you’ve done this, share the Click Attribution Link with your client manager.
