Updated over 2 months ago

At 360dialog, we’re constantly evolving to help you get the most out of WhatsApp as a high-performance marketing channel. The following updates bring fresh brand positioning, improved data visibility, and new features to give you more control and insights.

We’re making tracking, optimizing, and driving results easier than ever.

Take a look at what’s new:

  • Get to know our fresh brand identity, now fully aligned with Performance Messaging.

  • Optimize your campaigns faster with reordered table columns.

  • Gain deeper customer insights by tracking in-thread events.

1. 360Dialog New Brand Identity

We’ve updated our logo, colors, and overall look to align with our transition to Performance Messaging. This new identity highlights our mission to turn WhatsApp into a channel that delivers measurable results through meaningful conversations.

It’s more than just a new look—it reflects our focus on driving performance for your business.

Check out our official announcement on our Linkedin page.

2. Table Column Reordering

Track campaign performance more effectively

We’ve reorganized the order of the columns in our reporting tables to better align with the marketing funnel. Now, Impressions and Paid Clicks appear as the first two columns.

This update helps you track key metrics more effectively, allowing you to quickly assess campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

3. Support for In-Thread Events

Capture more data with in-thread event tracking

We’ve added the ability to save in-thread business messages as events, giving you more data to analyze customer behavior. This new feature lets you analyze in-thread interactions, helping you build a more complete view of the customer journey.

To save an in-thread event:

1. Go to the Funnel Page and click “Save Event” at the top-right of the page.

2. Enter the message text exactly as it appears in WhatsApp and press Confirm to save the event.

With this added functionality, you’ll have deeper insights into customer actions, allowing for more informed decision-making and better campaign optimization.

Stay tuned for more updates!
